Emergency Food Relief
Emergencies happen. But no one should go hungry because of them. We can help. The easiest way to get assistance is to visit our office with no appointment needed. Our support team will ask some simple questions to come up with short-term and long-term solutions to keep you fed and on your feet.

Weekly Events and Support
There is always something going on here. Support groups, social events, free food, affordable groceries, and various sales. We have a bit of everything at SRU, so check out our Events page here or stay in touch by visiting our Facebook page for live updates.
On-site Food Pantry
Our on-site Food Pantry is stocked full of goodies and pantry essentials. We always have a supply of free food from our partners (OzHarvest, Woolworths, Tasty Trucks, and others) as well as affordable groceries we order through our friends, Food Bank.
Fresh produce (some grown on-site), long-life foods, cereals & other staples, drinks, and frozen meats, meals & snacks are some of the items available in store. And while you're here, feel free to walk on through to our second-hand and furniture department to complete your shopping experience.
The sewing team at SRU makes incredible designs on-site. Ranging from clothes, toys, and pillows to 100% cotton reusable bags, neck and shoulder heat bags, and other innovative goodies.
SRU Design is also available for clothes alteration and special orders, pending workload and approval.
Serena's Treasures
Our op-shop, named after one of our wonderful volunteers, has an extensive range of second-hand treasures. Clothing, manchester, kitchenware, electrical, and much more can be found in Serena's Treasure.

Furniture Hub
We have a huge range of second-hand furniture available, thanks to the generosity of the surrounding community. TVs, entertainment suites, beds, mattresses, lounges, chairs & tables, and much more.
Most items are listed on our Facebook store page if you are unable to visit in person. Any questions can be made directly through Facebook's Messenger or via phone/text to our friendly team.
Delivery may be available for a $30 fee pending approval.
